Day 1

Upon your arrival in Aswan, our friendly English-speaking representative will warmly welcome you and escort you to your luxurious Nile cruise ship in a private A-C van. Check-in will be completed before noon, and you'll be treated to a delicious lunch on board. The adventure begins with a visit to The High Dam, an impressive structure built by Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD to protect Egypt from the Nile flood.

Next, you'll embark on a delightful motorboat ride along the Nile to reach the Temple of Philae, a remarkable site from the Graeco-Roman period dedicated to the goddess Isis. The journey continues as you visit The Unfinished Obelisk, a magnificent red granite creation dedicated to the god Amun Ra.

After the enriching tour, you'll return to the comfort of your ship. In the evening, you have leisure time to explore Aswan on your own. Enjoy the delightful ambiance and savor the culinary delights served for dinner on the cruise. [L-D]

In the afternoon, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a chariot ride to the Temple of Horus in Edfu, a marvelously preserved temple in Egypt. Revel in the historical significance of the site as your guide illuminates its secrets. After the tour, you'll be transferred back to your ship. In the afternoon, take time to relax and unwind on board, basking in the serene ambiance of the Nile.
